Services

Everything the chenille patch bar brings through your door.

One station, fully staffed, built around a wall of fuzzy letters. Here is exactly what arrives on the truck, what your guests get to do with it, and where the add-ons make sense.

The letter wall

A display board of chenille varsity letters in two sizes and stocked colorways, replenished from bins under the table as the night burns through popular characters. We stock heavier on the letters that actually run out — vowels, S, M, and whatever your guest list skews toward. Send us a name list ahead of time and we will weight the inventory to it.

The shape drawer

Retro chenille shapes — cherries, stars, hearts, bolts, smileys, butterflies, flowers — plus numbers for jersey digits and class years. Shapes are what make each piece read as designed rather than labeled. Most guests use one letter and two shapes; the shapes are doing the heavy lifting.

Press crew & equipment

Commercial clamshell and cap presses run by trained Merch Troop staff — never a self-serve craft iron. The crew handles alignment, temperature, dwell time, and the peel, and keeps the line moving at roughly forty to fifty finished pieces per press hour. Guests stay on the safe side of the table the whole time.

Blanks, sourced or yours

We stock Richardson 112 trucker caps, Flexfit and dad-hat styles, natural canvas totes, crossbody sling bags, and Bella+Canvas crewnecks in event-matched colors. Or hand us your own product — letterman jackets, denim, team gear — and we test-press an inside seam before committing to the visible placement.

Pair it with a second station.

Chenille is the crowd magnet; a second surface keeps couples and coworkers from splitting up in line. Popular pairings: a laser engraving table for bottles and keytags, a full-color DTF press for shirts, or UV transfer stickers for hard goods. Same crew management, one combined footprint, one invoice.

Custom chenille, if you plan ahead

Logos, mascots, Greek letters, and event marks can be produced as genuine loop-pile chenille patches with felt bases and merrowed edges. These are manufactured runs, not same-week items — get us artwork three to four weeks out and we will handle proofing, production, and delivery to the event.

What we need from the venue

  • A 10×10 footprint (we can compress to a single 8-foot table for tight rooms)
  • One standard 120V/20A circuit per press — no special power
  • Load-in access about 90 minutes before doors; teardown runs about an hour
